Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of the Askfy institutional website (askfy.ai) and, where accepted in the product, access to Askfy services (web and apps). Effective date: September 22, 2026. By using the site or services, you agree to these Terms.
Parties
The Askfy site and services are provided by RPA CLICK LLC under the Askfy brand. Contact: support@askfy.com.br.
The service
Askfy is a SaaS conversational support platform that may include official WhatsApp and website widget channels, AI features grounded in customer-configured knowledge, inbox and human-team tools, plus admin and reporting per plan.
Accounts and multi-tenant
Product access requires an account authorized by a tenant organization. The tenant admin is responsible for invites, roles and credential hygiene. You must provide accurate information and protect your credentials.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for spam, fraud, infringement, abusive load, or any unlawful purpose. The customer is responsible for channel compliance (including Meta/WhatsApp policies) and for content it submits or stores.
Customer content
The tenant remains responsible for data processed with Askfy (including end-customer messages). Askfy processes that content to provide the service. You warrant you have lawful bases to process such data in the product.
Intellectual property
Askfy brand, software and materials belong to RPA CLICK LLC or licensors. Customers retain rights to their content and knowledge bases, granting Askfy a limited license to operate the service.
Plans, trials and fees
Features, limits and pricing follow the contracted plan or commercial proposal. Beta features may change or end with reasonable notice.
Availability
We aim for high availability, but the service is provided “as available,” subject to maintenance and third-party outages (e.g. Meta, networks, cloud). Specific SLAs, if any, are in the commercial contract.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Askfy is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or user/AI content without adequate human review. Aggregate liability, where applicable, is limited to amounts paid for the service in the relevant period, except for willful misconduct or non-waivable statutory duties.
Privacy
Personal data handling follows the Privacy Policy at https://askfy.ai/en/privacy/ (and locale equivalents).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, security risk or non-payment. Tenants may terminate per contract. After termination, data may be deleted or exported per operational policy and law.
Governing law
These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to RPA CLICK LLC and the customer’s commercial contract. Website visitor disputes should first be raised in good faith at support@askfy.com.br; B2B disputes follow the contract forum.
